Not that many like a typical Marvel studio film, but there probably was a few things to point out.

The Spider-Man hat that guy was wearing outside the "love house" was noticeable.

There is a scene of someone wearing a t-shirt or hat (forgot exactly) of Venom's symbol. He was in the background when Harada and Viper met up in downtown in the small alleyway.

Not anything comics related, but I'm pretty sure Logan mispronounced Mariko's fiance's name as "Nostromo" before Mariko corrected him.

"Nostromo", of course, is the name of the spaceship in Alien.

When Wolverine takes Mariko into the pachinko parlor to hide, that was a clear reference to Kitty Pride and Wolverine, when he tries to lose Ogun by running into one.

Also, in that opening scene, they take his appearance after the atom bomb directly from the Logan miniseries. I thought both references were pretty cool.

Jean was in a white hot room. :D

After seeing the movie I downloaded the series that the movie is based on...I only read the first issue but:
1) The whole bear scene is from the comics. In the comics a guy shoots a bear with a poisoned arrow but it doesn't kill the bear. The bear goes crazy and kills a bunch of people. Logan has to put the bear down...he goes to the bar and beats up the hunter.
2) The cover for the second issue resembles the leaping claw scene on the train

was it really the White Hot Room?!, i thought it was just my head playing games . . .

Her last scene was her in white in a white room....not sure if it was supposed to be the White Hot room

Not a marvel easter egg, but I liked that Yukio had a little rhinestone-esque design of the Yashida house's logo on the front her jean vest. I thought that was a nice little touch of her loyalty.

Oh, also, its not an easter egg i dont think, but when Wolverine is strapped down after being poisoned by the ninjas, he is hearing things, one is obviously is Jean from X3, but also him calling out Kayla's name from Origins.

I take the burnt Logan as a nod to Age of Apocalypse, as well as [BLACKOUT]having claws only in one hand during the final fight, similar to Wolverine in those series, where he doesn't have a hand and suddenly he takes out the claws.[/BLACKOUT]

A friend also told me that Logan has the Origins Sabretooth look during the funeral.

Which is interesting since Yukio is the one who convinced Storm to cut her hair into a Mohawk in the comics.

I just finished the second issue of the wolverine series and an assassin tries to kill Mariko during a kabuki play of 47 Ronin. 47 ronin was one of the trailers in front of this movie...nice little coincidence

The power suppresser Viper uses resemble the HYDRA logo, the faction she belongs to in the comics.

Who knows if we will see Storm and Yukio in a movie together!
