actually they can charge your credit card for the amount I believe and of course you get negative feedback

OK, how did you win if you never used a CC to sign in? Ebay will not let you bid or sell without one and if you did win something you should get a email from the item and the seller email addy on it

i got the email saying i won it cause my little bro bid on it without me knowing i didnt apply no credit card but i cant pay it at all and i cant contact the seller to tell him

Try to get in touch with ebay and explain you did not bid on that item
and do the same to the seller

also change your password so your little brother cannot get in ebay again

Take it from someone who does alot of business on ebay....You DO NOT have to have a credit card to sign up for ebay. I repeat, DO NOT. Now as to what happens to you, Sellers can no longer leave negative feedback. They can however leave you something called an unpaid item strike. 3 unpaid item strikes and your account is suspended. That's how it works. I would suggest getting the money, and paying via money order. That's what I do. I have a paypal account but very seldom use it.

Yeah, you don't have to put in info for a credit card. I just signed up for a new account two weeks ago and did no such thing.


What you NEED to do, because it is your responsibility, is contact the seller and try explaining the situation to them.

Other than you screwing over the person who was selling the item not much will happen to you.
