Suprised no one has jumped on this bandwagon. Talent? Check. Versatiliy? Check. Charisma? Check. If he bulks up a bit a la his character in American History X, you have the perfect foil for Bale.

I think the thing is Ed has been suggested for a number of these roles - Bruce Banner comes to mind too - but he´s never showed interest in doing these big blockbuster movies. The most commercial movie he´s made that I remember is Red Dragon, and it actually didn´t go that well at the BO.

I jumped on it...months ago...only if he can bulk up like he did in American History X....

but he's a good fit for the riddler...

yeah, norton tried a shard a hell to pull out of ITALION JOB when he leaned it could be a big hit.

hed make a great ANYTHING-Bruce, Harvey, Riddler, Joker-just a great, very versatile actor.

He is my choice for Lex Luthor...:o

did you guys know that he was long considered to be Wolverine . . . that would have been interesting; I don't think Edward Norton will be considered for this part, but that would totally fuackin QWN if he was!!!!

That movie flopped at the BO BTW. But it´s an epic, it´s not meant to be one of those movies that sell action figures, lunch boxes and stuff.

It was still a big budget movie.

And I hope most people don't go into superhero movies expecting the merchandise to sell loads. I thought that mentality died with Batman&Robin

Ed Norton likes to rewrite all the movies he does now. Now way he'd have that control here, and I can't see him wanting this type of role (or the 2 picture commitment). Plus, he looks soft.

I wont mind Norton for Dent. When his character died in Kingdom of Heaven the film dragged down for me.I can already see my niece crying everytime I make fun of Orlando Bloom.

Norton's more of a Riddler or Black Mask in my eyes. But I can see him as Dent.

But I'm still a certified Schreiber Supporter.

Norton would be great choice, but i doubt he has interest in doing this.

He was amazing in movies like Fight Club (love this masterpiece) and American History X

Ed Norton is another actor who would be really good in any role. Maybe even Wonder Woman.

I don't know how I missed the Harvey Dent sticky; my sincere apologies to all offended and/or inconvenienced.

i remember speculation of a daredevil movie helmed by david fincher with norton as matt murdock. now that would have kicked monumental amounts of ass
