Empire's 50 Greatest TV Shows Of All Time

I'm glad deep space 9 is there, even though I would have had it much higher up.
There's no way in hell Sex in the city should be higher than it, or even on that list.

How is M*A*S*H not on the list? the Series Finale was the most watched TV Event ever! It had more ratings than any Super Bowl.
And West Wing should be before Buffy.

The Dick Van Dyke Show should also be on that list. 158 episodes of comedy genius.

That's probably the one that gets me the most. The Dick Van Dyke Show is probably the greatest sitcom ever made. It still holds up as pretty damn hilarious, even today.

I get Simpsons being number one, but seriously, Buffy in the top ten? WTF? I couldn't get that at all...

wow this list sucks...

The only good thing was that Lost was in the top 10.

How is Buffy second?

I guess this is what happens when you let a bunch of geeks make a list like this.

And where the **** is OZ, Cheers, Happy Days and The Wobder Years?

What is with all the b****ing about Buffy? There are much worse shows on that list...

I love Buffy and I hate that it's #2 on that list.

What's Wobder Years? ;)

They're b***hing because it's second.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Fine, it shouldnt be #2 on the list, I can admit that. But, It belongs in the top 20.

it belongs below Angel.

Although I believe Angel was a bit better than Buffy, I tend to think of Buffy and Angel as one big 12 season show.

Perhaps not one 12-season show, but a show with 8 seasons where the episodes came on twice a week and alternated between two separate storylines from seasons 4 to 7.
