Enlighten me

I have a quick few newb questions in regards to this movie, don't know where to ask so please don't bite my head off.

1) Are they going to make Liev Schreiber's Sabertooth significantly bigger than Jackman's Wolverine? They are close in height in real life, but the character of Sabertooth needs to be tall, and in the scale of the new Wolverine toys I bought, they made the Sabertooth a great deal larger than both Jackman's Wolverine and Renold's Deadpool.

2) Is the secret government program Weapon X in the movie a USA government agency, or a Canadian one like the comic?

3) School me on Deadpool. Why are so many people pumped for this character? Is he cool? Cause I have virtually no knowledge of him.

1: I've heard about them having to use a few camera tricks to make Hugh look shorter than he really is (taller the Liev), but they can only do so much. I think in the end Wolverine and Sabes will be roughly the same size, though Victor's coat will probably make him look bigger.

2: A joint project, IIRC. They're recruited from the Canadian military, but the facility is (supposedly) on three-mile island.

3: He's basically Freakazoid with swords.

Liev's actually taller by an inch I believe. Liev's 6'3, Hugh's 6'2.
