I can't believe we never saw Variant Loki we've been following this whole season ever again. Tragic.

    Same for Mobius. :(

Loki's constant embarrassment at himself was killing me. Also that boy is so in love. :hehe:

That was truly amazing… hilarious, cute, epic, and sad.

I haven’t teared up at anything MCU since Peter cried Homecoming and in Endgame. REG’s Loki making the sacrificial play while Sylvie/Loki enchanted together - damn.

Richard E. Grant was amazing and really enjoyed this episode. Lots of great easter eggs too. Also think it being Kang would surprisingly be underwhelming for this particular story. Maybe in a post-credit scene.

This episode was probably the show I thought it was going to be before it aired. If that makes sense.

I did find it interesting that Old Loki had a very similar encounter with Thanos that regular timeline Loki had. And the way he survived was, IIRC, a theory that a lot of fans speculated how Loki would end up surviving Infinity War to make further appearances within the MCU. Not everyone was convinced that he was really dead, even with Thanos's "No resurrections this time" line. Plenty of people thought that he created a very convincing illusion of himself that Thanos strangled. Of course, that was before Endgame and we saw how Loki would live to see another day, so to speak.

Next episode should be promising with
    Mobious & B15 v Ravona & Ms. Minutes
    and
    Lokis v X

I just hope both storylines meet very soon. I have enough weird scenes and want some drama. I still think Miss Minutes has something to hide since she was out of character "useless" this episode.

I think the general consensus that it is either another Loki or Kang is correct. I think Kang myself but I could see it going the other direction

Fantastic episode. Couldn’t believe we saw the Thanos copter and Frog Thor within 2 minutes of each other :funny:

Didn’t catch any of the other Easter eggs but this is definitely an episode that demands to be rewatched.

I think it's just a case of diverse casting mixed with a story about Loki, who being a "villain", would naturally have many antagonistic characters in a story about him. But I don't count the timekeepers like B-15 and C-20 as antagonists since they're essentially brainwashed.

Mephisto didn’t show up in the last episode of WandaVision.

Power Broker turned out to be Sharon in FATWS

No way Kang is showing up as the main villain. It will be someone we’ve seen all along, or another Loki variant.

What an outstanding episode. Richard E. Grant might be one of the absolute best and most faithful take on a Marvel character ever, his final laugh was just perfect.

I have been greatly enjoying the series, but this episode was most definitely the best and the craziest episode of the series!

Loved Loki’s interactions with Classic Loki, Kid Loki, Aligator Loki, and Boastful Loki. Also was very heartwarming in his interactions with Sylvie and Mobius. That hug!

Classic Loki was just awesome, which isn’t surprising, considering Richard E. Grant! Loved it when he told Loki his backstory and how the TVA found him. That final power display of him conjuring up Asgard, and that laugh was so epic! Wish we got a bit more time with him!

Also was surprised Kid Loki was the leader of the group, but I really liked him as well, same with Boastful Loki. Alligator Loki was the highlight and my favourite moments were Loki questioning him if he was a variant, and biting President Loki’s hand. :funny:

The cinematography and VFX were spectacular, as always!

Curious how the finale will end next week!

Mephisto was never actually teased nor set up to be in WandaVision. It was pure fan speculation.

Sharon as Power Broker was hinted at and theorized by fans ever since her first appearence on the show. (And there's been a LOT of different Power Brokers in the comics)

In Loki, we've been introduced to Kang's lover, faced a monster that's associated with Kang, traversed a word very similar to Kang's domain. AND he's already been cast in the MCU. He may not be the Big Bad, but him not showing up or being mentioned at all would be a massive dropping of all the threads they've been building up so far. It's not at all comparable to those two examples.

It's also worth noting that a lot of people seem to think it's "too late" to introduce a new villain. But even without setting up Kang's roles in the movie, we also know that this will most-likely be a multi-season show. And F&WS introduced/revealed TWO new villains in the final episodes that set up future conflicts.

Someone else suggested it in another thread, but I wouldn't be surprised if we see a tease of Kang in the end credits scene in next week's finale similar to Thanos in Avengers as the one who's behind the scenes.

I think it would be all too fitting to have Loki associated with the introduction of both Thanos and Kang, and in similar reveals

All the setup is Kang. But, they might allude to Kang through another Loki. But I rather they didn't. Guess we will see.
