Easily one of my favorite episodes of the season and of course it was directed by Bryce Dallas Howard who did an absolute banger job IMO.

The set pieces in this show are so fun and well done and everything just looks fantastic from a visual standpoint between the seamless mix of CGI and practical effects.

Also, I feel bad for not realizing this before but I honestly didn't recognize Jaleel White as one of the Space Pirates until this episode. I think that its really cool that he got to be in something like this.

BDH brought the directing goods again here. I hope they plan on keeping her around.

Thinking back on it, I have to say, the Onyx Cinder shedding its outer hull is one of the most exhilarating, awe inspiring sequences in any of the Disney-era Star Wars projects, right up there with the Eye of Aldhani and Fondor escapes in Andor and the Holdo Maneuver in TLJ.
