well... it is official... IMAX is lucrative! every show besides the 145pm show is sold out and has been since yesturday!

Yeah here only 11:30, 2:05 for Fri are left and on Sat only 11:30 in the morning and 12:30 at night are left. 9 showings sold out so far.

Yea.. same here in ATL. I found out yesterday that everyshow was sold out but the 11:30 and 2:05. Got tickets Last night to the 2:05pm for Sat, went on today sold out.

i am going tonight and imax tomorrow,

is IMAX letterbox? i went to see superman returns and i cant remember if it was letterbox or not!!! Would they really cut into the integrity of the film?

Sold out till Sat 12:30 at night. Also Sunday 2:05 is sold out. So it's 13 showings sold out here now.

They most of added more seats to sell online because 7:30 and 12:30 for tonight are back online aswell as showings tomarrow.

my theaters opened the midnight showing up in 3 more theaters to people that just randomly showed up!

It averaged $22,567 a theater, a whopping number for a wide release. 300 made $3.4 million from 62 IMAX theaters, a record opening weekend for the large-screen format. That's about $54,839 per IMAX!. We need more IMAX's LOL
