Exiled/Hela's missing hand

Hi folks - Hela only had one hand in the Exiled crossover, anyone know when of what issue she lost it/had it cut off? Just wondering cheers!

Back in Gillen's Thor #611, when the Disir attacked her Valhalla.

Noting, here she loses her left hand up to about mid-forearm...but it's later shown as being her right hand close to the wrist.

Ah thats it, was wondering as there have been other appearances since that have her with two hands. ok thank you
