I am really afraid of not paying to go see it in the end. You know, curiosity and that "I wanna go see something at the movies" feeling.... But everything so far makes me NOT wanting to. After M:I, I guess I will have to wait 2 months for Bond...

If you really must see it... buy a ticket to Ant-Man and walk into the FF theater.

You are right, I may pay for Inside Out... and actually go see Inside Out, as it look 100x better than FF. Or might go see Ant-Man for a 3rd time.

Did anyone see the "special" peek at F4 on FX awhile ago? Biggest. Joke. Ever. It was the exact same footage we have already seen. It's crazy how people are still defending this turd with sugar on it and saying it's brownies.

Nope. No one needs to apologize for liking what they like. Or wanting this movie to be different than what it looks to be. I'm not an FF fan, but I am sympathetic.

Despite everything, this still looks like a movie I want to see. I understand I am in the minority.

I'm not an FF fan either and I'm fine with the cast and tone and yet I think the film looks poor. Anyway I just thought the stuff about not expecting that much action is weird, as if that was the only or a super major complaint.

I'd assume it is action and changing little things, like characters names and what they do in their downtime. Like, I doubt Victor blogs anymore.

Yeah getting rid of the stuff the fans hated probably happen.

I would PAY to see the original version--that is---I would rent it.

The final version I will see from the library or a free Redbox code.

I am way more interested in knowing what the hell they thought was a "good" CBM movie BEFORE they heard from the fans on a dozen issues that they have probably altered in reshoots and editing.

Every time I see a movie with my friend and she sees one of the FF trailers, she says, "what the hell?"
I tell her, "it's a mess, I'm skipping it."
And then the next time she does it again. I swear she just can't believe it after seeing trailers for Ultron, BvS, MI5, Star Wars, etc.

Something about it just ain't right to her eyes. She's not a big comic fan, but she loves most CBMs.

And Who in the flying F would use those for their actual keychain?

I'm not going to lie, I think the film actually looks pretty good. The new trailer was the worst one, and the CGI looks clunky in some spots, but I am still looking forward to this.

Really interested to see what critics think of this. The first trailer made it look like something critics might appreciate, but the latest trailer with tons of bad cgi and few weird lines just made it seem inferior to what it could have been. Not too long for first reviews.

Pretty much. Two things that stand out to me that are crappy are Ben's voice, and that dumb tank shot. I really hope those two are fixed.
