I know it's been out for a while. But I just picked that badboy up and let me tell you.
It's so nice to have a giant hardback with the first 30 issues in easy to read format and brilliantly replicated. It reminds me of an old black and white Superman I had back in the 80's of his exploits in WWII.
If you can afford it, buy it. I got mine for around 85 from it's original 100. Quite a fee but it's so nice.
I removed my jacket off of it immediately. It's a real nice pic of issue one with the Mole Man's monster. But I always mess those paper jackets up, so I figured since this was a "reader" I'd stash it away for later enjoyment.
Anyone else pick this up when it was new?
