I want to see Chris Evans make a movie of this -

Dual roles? Finally a chance for Evans to get his Oscar!

I have actually never seen Halloween III. I have meant to forever, but I always just forget to watch it. I have it in my Halloween box set and can watch it anytime though, LOL. Only one I have never seen.

Lol, neither have I. I mean, it was on TV last night, but I had it on in the background. Still, when I saw Halloween 2018 at the Alamo Drafthouse, their pre-show had a rundown of the Halloween films that said Halloween III has developed a reputation among the fans as one of the best, despite the lack of Michael Meyers, so I say its time to give this apparently underrated gem its due!

On one hand, it is cool it has that acclaim now. On the other hand, how much of an accomplishment is it? I love the Halloween series, but even I will recognize the majority of the sequels/remakes are pretty awful, LOL!

This is like going to the DCEU forums, them telling you that BvS is a hidden gem, and taking their word for it. :o

Honestly, I have only see the first Halloween (and now the new one) and couldn't care less about any of the others.

There is only a handful of them worth watching, honestly. You're likely okay having seen just those ones, LOL! I tend to like Halloween II and H20 as well, but those ones are divisive.

Ignore Rob Zombie remakes, Halloween 6 which is just fanfiction, 5, and Resurrection. 4 works as a standalone to me for some reason.

Come on, you didn't like the runes/symbols made Michael kill people angle? :o

There is a bit of charm to a few of the others. But honestly, the only ones I ever feel the desire to watch at the original and the remake. Te remake isn't great or anything, but I do find it one of the more interesting "remake" projects, and it is always fun to see the likes of McDowell and Dourif eating up the scenery together.

My problem with the remake it's new until ya know when Laurie is introduced and they change MIchael's motivations for the killing spree. Which I'm not still sure why he ya know kills
Except Laurie
.

He kills because he is a psychopath. :woo:

Considering the first part of the movie, I would also guess it is in someway cathartic for him.

But if you are asking why he maybe trying to keep Laurie alive, he does seem to have a sense of belong and love when it comes to her. Which I do like.

I thought the remake was good because it gave more of Micheal's experiences in the mental hospital.

Always nice to see Halloween 3 getting some recognition. Underrated movie.

I'm sure if I've ever seen it. :p

Stinks like sex in here... what have you people been doing and why no invite

I’m no expert but horror films/shows seem to be in a better place than they were 15 years or so ago.

Either way, Dragonball still sucks :o
