I'll just start with this:

I think this should be rated BEST album cover EVER!! Hands and mouth down, the best!

This is the type of cover I would kill to see on a shelf in a record shop. I mean....the guy is STILL wearing his bow tie while the chick blows not only him, but his 2 puppet pals!!!!

Now that takes a lady with skill to fit all that wood in her mouth at once.

And look at the expressions...the guy in the bow tie looks like he's had better head in prison.The black puppet LOVES it and the white puppet looks like he REALLY enjoys the black puppet.

To anyone who thinks rappers like 50 cent and the like are all tough and "street", they ain't ***** till they give an album a title like this one.

I couldn't tell you the name of the album or even band off the top of my head, and even if I remembered I wouldn't actually post the picture here, but I know the story behind it...

Bands lead singer shoots himself in the head backstage one night. Before the cops get there, the rest of the band takes pictures of his body. One of the pictures becomes the album art for their final album.

EDIT: The band was Mayhem. If you really want to see it, that's more than enough info on it to find it via google or wikipedia.
