Favorite DC logo?

Definitely the logo used from 1977-2005.

 

The first one will always be the best, should still be the one they use today

 

They are all nice, but I like logo #3 the most.

 

2nd logo, First one was great too but I just miss the 2nd one the most while hating the last two.

 

Here's hoping the new logo leads to a better film intro, the current one isn't great when you consider how well it was used for the TV series. Hopefully it'll be along the line of the 2005-2011 film intro

 

Second logo is my fave.

2005 - 2012.

 

Well I don't mind the new one.

But i dislike all the old ones, so I guess I'm sorta biased.

 

Hopefully it'll be reintroduced or reimagined for Suicide Squad, the last intro with the D opening to reveal the C was a bit bland.

 

I mean 1-2 are tied for me.

But Logo 3 was always crap to me. Glad they got rid of it

 

Logo 2 for me. It's too bad DC can't have stars in their logos anymore; they would probably would still be using that one.

 

The Bullet. Always.

My thoughts exactly.

The current/last one is, in my opinion, a regression.
I can understand that people like the 1 or the 2, whatever, but this one ? The 2016 one ? I cannot belive that in our ages of computer, they drop such an old s*it.
Conceptually speaking, I only see a regression.

 

1&2 but if push came to shove then 2 for sure. Never liked 3 but now I miss it because this new one is sucksville! It looks like a logo of a little league baseball team from the 70's.

 

I had no idea they changed the logo again. It's ok, I guess.

The bullet will always be my favourite.

 

It amazes me that a company with so many artists at their disposal has churned out so many bad designs in the last few years.

 

The 1977 - 2005 logo is iconic. So many people grew up with it for three decades almost.

They should just bring it back.

I don't mind the new logo though. It's 1000 times better than the horrible 2012-2016 version which looked like a printshop chain logo.

 

77-05. That was the DC logo when I was growing up, and I think once something's around so long and becomes synonymous with what it represents, you shouldn't just dump it. It's like ditching the Superman logo almost.
