I also prefer Taco Bell nachos to most nachos because I prefer wet cheese. Almost all restaurants serve the melted shredded stuff.

I love to cook so my expectations are super low when I go out to eat, I rarely rave about a restaurant.

I have to say that Qdoba has some damn good 3 cheese sauce that I love to eat with their nachos.
