Although Venom is my favorite,neither Topher or Hardy has really impressed me. Alfred Molina is amazing however. No matter how many time I see Spider-man 2 I can't get enough of him in the role.

Green Goblin (Dafoe) would be fourth. After that it's a long drop to everyone else.

Also Tom Hardy's version of Venom isn't a Spider-Man villain, or really even a villain.

Raimi managed to realize Doc Ock so well that it can’t really ever be topped. I mean, you saw the hype when Ock showed up at the end of the NWH trailer.

He’s up there with Ledger’s Joker, Thanos, and Vader for being the most iconic movie villains ever.
