So far, who is your favorite MCU Avenger? For me it's between Thor and Vision.

Hulk for me, love him, was disappointed in his role in the sequel

Iron Man. Best character, best performance.

Captain America gets my vote, hands down.

Ok so far I'm going with Thor since Vision was only just introduced (so Thor is more developed), but I think Vision has a chance to pass him.

I would have said Iron Man 4 years ago but right now I adore Cap. He's just such an easy character to get behind and root for.

Mark Ruffalo's Hulk and Chris Evans' Captain America.

RDJ's Iron Man is honestly starting to get on my nerves. Here's hoping Cap takes it to him next year.

Same here, was okay with him before but the prominence he got in AOU annoyed the hell out of me.

I'm very pleased with ALL of the MCU Avengers, but Cap is my favorite.

Whoever cast all these actors is da real MVP.

Cap followed by Iron Man followed by Thor.

The Big 3 essentially.

Cap easily for me. He already was my favorite in the comics, and he was the best-translated from comics-to-screen, imo, so of course he remained my fave. Runners-up would probably be our two newbies, Scarlett Witch and Vision.

And I agree with those who say RDJ's IM is beginning to wear out his welcome. He's great in the role and IM remains my favorite superhero origin film of all-time, but I guess there can be too much of a good thing.

I don't expect anybody to even come close usurping Cap from my top spot until that other Cap comes along. But then, I didn't expect to love SW and Vision as much as I did, either, so ya never know.

It's not looking good for our armoured Avenger! A lot of people are growing weary of him and after Civil War, where he'll surely come off villainish, MCU Stark's popularity may be at an all time low.

He was great in IM1 and hit his peak in The Avengers, I think. Then again, maybe it's just how it looks here on SHH and the GA still loves him more than ever?

Either way, Cap has definitely closed the gap.

And I think with those saying RDJ's Iron Man is wearing outs it welcome, they are wrong. I think Age of Ultron was a disservice to Tony in terms of writing, almost pushing him to Jack Sparrow levels of becoming a parody of himself. But I think under the right writing and direction, RDJ's take on Tony has a lot of life left in it.

The problem is definitely with the writing, not RDJ. That man is as spectacular as ever. Hope they don't waste what they have left with him.

Well he is still Marvel's biggest moneymaker out of the Avengers characters so far, the general audience still loves him. I wonder if Civil War is going to hurt the character because making him into a villainous role will push away his fans. But even if all of that happens, I think Iron Man will win back everyone after getting full redemption in Infinity War.

Yeah, like it or not RDJ's Iron Man is the backbone of the MCU. It started with him and I hope he gets a very satisfying conclusion in the Infinity War.

Stark has been the core of that slow-cooking storyline anyway. He's the one who went into the wormhole, he's the one who is terrified of what's coming, etc.

I never had any problems with Iron Man up till this point. That is, up till seeing AoU. The amount of focus put on him combined with him never paying for any of his consequences left a really bad taste in mouth. It didn't exactly ruin him for me, but it has the potential to if they keep this sort of thing going with Civil War and IW.
