seeing as this is a superhero forum then the most mentions will go to the batmobile, and to be honest the only good one was 89's.

Delorean, even when it was all crappy and half broken it still looked awesome. it'd be hell in a car park though
the one from ferris buellers day off(it's name escapes me)
and i know it's not a car but the bike from the great escape

Flying Delorean from BTTF2 wins for me.

It is the coolest car I've ever seen in a movie. It can fly, has those gullwing doors, looks like a marriage between a rocket, a car, and x-wing. I love that damn thing.

Buckaroo Banzai Rocket Car is second, followed by Ecto 1 from gb.
