Theres a lot talk about the best movies from various decades or just years in general, but what is your favorite movie from the year you were born?

For me its always come down to the Silence of the Lambs and Terminator 2. I absolutely love T2 but I simply must give the edge to Mr. Lector. I first saw Silence of the Lambs at way too young of an age, in about 1997. My Grandparents had a library of movies they taped off HBO and my brother, who himself would have only been 11 at the time popped it in the VCR. Too this day I still find the movie frightening. Now that I'm older I enjoy it very much for how well acted it is, but I'm still astounded at how unnerving the whole atmosphere of the movie is.

I'm still more likely to pop in T2 on a Friday night though.

Damn, this is hard. Either Hoop Dreams or Pulp Fiction.

Bad Boys (Sean Penn not Fresh Prince)

Young Frankenstein - 1974

1985? There's only one choice, really:

There weren't alot of noteworthy films in 1992. The ones that are high praised I don't care for anyway. So I got nothing. BTAS doesn't count. That's about the only thing I'm proud of that came out when I was born.

Yeah. 1992 was a pretty mediocre year for film in comparison to other years.

So yeah, as I said before, even though there are probably more, Aladdin is the only film from 1992 off the top of my head that I really loved.

Yeah... all films that don't do much for me. Except I haven't seen Wayne's World.

Sharon Stone spread her legs though.
