He's an actor who has starred in many movies over the years, all of varying quality but everyone has a favorite. So what's your fav Nicolas Cage movie?

Mine is probably Lord of War.

Face/Off

...

...but we all know the real correct answer is The Wicker Man.

:awesome:

Face/Off, The Family Man, The Weather Man. I enjoy the National Treasure movies, too.

Birdy

Just a great movie overall.

Leaving Las Vegas was probably his best acting presentation.

I see that he was also a producer of the excellent Shadow of the Vampire, and also starred in the not-so-excellent Vampire's Kiss. He certainly is a bit of a strange one!

City of Angels,Face/Off,Leaving Las Vegas,National Treasure 1&2 and Raising Arizona

Martin Scorsese's Bringing Out The Dead. Written by Paul Schrader, it really feels like it belongs with Scorsese's work in the 70s. I actually find this to be Martin Scorsese's most underrated work and Cage is great in it.

You know, that's one movie I haven't seen. I'll have to check it out.

I liked amos and Andrew he played this criminal the cops though the he lived in the house but he didn't leave their it was black guy played by by Samuel Jackson. it was pretty funny.

I was about 15 at the time but I greatly enjoyed Con Air and Face Off.

I like what Ethan Hawke said about him, that if you take his best performances and films, there aren't many actors out there that are better. Sure he's done some utter garbage. But his good performances are truly brilliant. He's a fantastic actor when he wants to be. And even when he's terrible he's still fun to watch like in Vampires Kiss and The Wicker Man.

My top 5 are:

Adaptation
Face/Off
Raising Arizona
Bad Lieutenant: Port of call New Orleans
8MM
