V for Vendetta. Underrated Hugo Weaving performance.

Men in Black
Rurouni Kenshin (2012)
Judge Dredd
Dredd
Road to Perdition

Would Hellboy count as a superhero?

I'd view him as a supernatural investigator.

For me it'd be...

1. Flash Gordan
2. Sin City
3. Dredd

For me...

Scott Pilgrim vs The World

V for Vendetta
Sin City
Dredd

I still need to see Snowpiercer and Persepolis.

He's a hero and he has powers. So yes.

Technically speaking though he doesn't have powers. His only power really is a level of invulnerability but that's inherent to to his species.

Technically we all have a level of invulnerability his is just heightened

Dredd
Ghost in the Shell
V for Vendetta
Kick-Ass

In order of awesomeness:

The Crow

V for Vendetta

Akira

Dredd

Jonah Hex.....JUST KIDDING !

Stardust for me! Such a great film its such a shame it never really got the attention it deserved upon release! Featuring a young Henry Cavill and Michelle Pfeiffer, this is the best example of a fairy tale brought to life!

Then that's a power. Just because it comes from his species doesn't make it less a power.

We all have strength too but Superman's heightened super strength is still a power inherent to him.

Blue is the Warmest Color unanimously won the grand prize at the Cannes Film Festival and they even broke tradition and presented the award to the film's two lead actresses in addition to the director...and the movie STILL can't get mentioned on a "Best non-superhero comic book film" poll. It's an absolute masterpiece, guys! Why do comic fans pretend that this movie does not exist when it did what no other comic book movie has ever done???

Wasn't Flash Gordon originally published as a comic strip (meaning, newspapers, not comic books)??? If Flash Gordon does count...then...well...it's my favorite movie of all time and I'd have to go with that.

Though I haven't seen many on this list, I loved Road to Perdition.

A History of Violence
Road to Perdition
Dredd
Sin City
Edge of Tomorrow

The Mask

Counts as Superhero Yes or No?

The Rocketeer ?

Not a big fan of the movie version, but does LXG count as Superheroes?
