More recent, Temugin, the Mandarin's son.

Fast answer? The Shroud. He's a total rip-off of The Shadow, but I don't care. His whole "pretending to be a villain to destroy organized crime from within" could have been much cooler had it been handled recently, and not during the tail end of the Silver Age.
