Favorite song composed for a CBM?

The soundtracks for the Shumacher films are low-key amazing. They had U2, Smashing Pumpkins, The Flaming Lips, and of course Seal between the two of them.

All good. In the grand scheme of things you didn't miss that much since songs composed for CBMs are few and far between these days and a lot of them are forgettable anyway.

In the past decade, apart from Black Panther, a few DCEU films like Aquaman and Suicide Squad, Sony CBMs like Venom and Spiderverse, and that Soundgarden song from the end of Avengers, CBMs have been favoring classic songs for their soundtracks, with the most notable examples being the Guardians of the Galaxy movies. Sometimes it ends up being awkward (Suicide Squad) but they usually work more often than not (Joker, Endgame).

Speaking of Guardians of the Galaxy, there's also this gem of a song:

It wasn't promotional, but I really liked the original song 'In Time' that the assassin played in the 2004 Punisher.
