Uncharted: Drakes Deception is the only game soundtrack iv ever purchased, I also think Hitman, Metal Gear Solid and Mass Effect have phenomenal soundtracks.

True. I've always liked the FFX soundtrack. Don't really know any others that well though.

GTA: San Andreas. If only because any time I hear a song that was in the game, I immediately think of the game.

Pretty much anything from Jeremy Soule such as:

Skyrim
Oblviion
KOTOR

Then you have such great soundtracks from the MGS series, OOT and a lot of Zelda games. Metroid Prime still has one of my favorite soundtracks as well. A lot of the Mario games still have beyond superb music. Final Fantasy IV-X had amazing music. VI, IV and VII still have some of my favorites as well.

Shadows of the Empire did have a great score as well. Uncharted, Mass Effect. There are too many to count in my eyes.

I have a bunch of Video Game soundtracks and in many cases, there's just a few themes and songs that I really like, but in terms of the soundtrack as a whole, my Favorites are:

the Uncharted Series, specifically Uncharted 2
Assassin's Creed IV
The Last of Us
Red Dead Redemption
Heavy Rain
Mass Effect 2

There are lots of great soundtracks out there, but these are the few that I can think of of from games that I have played that can take me back to my experience of playing through the game.

Yes another great soundtrack. I'd also like to add Chrono Cross/Chrono Trigger in there as well. And even Castlevania SOTN. Oh and Journey as well, one of the most beautiful soundtracks. God of War had a pretty darn good soundtrack as well. Just shows how much great game music is out there.

MGS4, Mass Effect 2, pretty much every soundtrack for Splinter Cell from Chaos Theory to Blacklist were great, as well as the Splinter Cell Chaos Theory Remixed soundtrack (they had different DJs go and remix each of Amon Tobin's tracks for Chaos Theory for the 3DS handheld version of the Chaos Theory re-release).
