So far, my number 1 favorite has been Deathstroke. Second is Ras Al Ghul. Third is Vertigo 2.

Beyond these 5, I don't think enough development has been done on any of the other villains to even be mentioned in the discussion, much less voted on.

I wanted to add more villains to the poll, but it seems I can't. Clock King was one I just thought of.

Would Huntress and Nyssa even be considered villains? I feel like they're more anti-heroes. Especially Huntress.

Wasn't sure whether to add them or not but did. Thought about Amanda Waller too. Also Sebastian Blood, who pretty much thought he was the good guy, but ultimately pretty weak.
