1. Selina Kyle/Catwoman (TDKR). The biggest issue with the character is simply that she wasn't introduced sooner. Hathaway's Selina is a faithful and badass adaptation of the character; she's clearly been raised in the streets, she toes the line between hero and villain and her chemistry with Bruce Wayne is great. The costume (really just the mask portion) leaves something to be desired but overall she's fantastic.
2. Selina Kyle/Catwoman (BR): While I'll concede that Michelle Pfeiffer's Catwoman's persona is superior to Hathaway's, I hated the neurotic, stereotypical nerd character she played at the beginning of the film and then the "romance" between her and Bruce feels too quick and forced. And as I've said before, I hate how Tim Burton felt the need to drastically change her origin. It's not only thumbing its nose at the source material, it's sexist to think that a woman couldn't go toe to toe with Batman unless she has supernatural powers. I also don't care for using superpowered characters in a standalone Batman universe. If you're including superpowered heroes like Superman and building a DC cinematic universe, that's fine. But there was no indication that any heroes other than Batman existed, and adding superpowers into the equation killed the reality of the story.
3. Rachel Dawes: I'm not really a fan of this character (Holmes or Gyllenhaal); it always bothered me that Nolan didn't just use a love interest from the comics or move on from Rachel after Batman Begins and introduce Selina in TDK. However, she's easily more tolerable than any of the other love interests from the Burton and Schumacher films and she's better than Talia in TDKR.
4. Miranda Tate/Talia: This one doesn't quite feel like a love interest, though she really should. In the comics, Talia is second only to Selina in terms of Batman love interests. And while they do hook up in the film, it's all part of an elaborate plot by Talia to destroy Batman. While I'm glad they included her at all, it also feels like a missed opportunity. Had they removed the Rachel character from Batman Begins entirely, they could have perhaps made room for Talia there. And she could have come back in TDKR to ultimately betray him over the death of her father, creating a more interesting arc for the character.
5. Vicki Vale: I feel like Vicki might have been a better character if Sean Young had played her (which was originally the plan) and if they let her do more than scream for 90% of her scenes. Basinger has never been a very convincing actress (yes, I know she won an Oscar, but I'm pretty sure the entire Academy was smoking crack that year).
6. Dr. Chase Meridian: Nicole Kidman has proven herself to be a great actress over the years, but in Batman Forever, she comes off like a pornstar. Seriously, every time Batman shows up, she acts like she just wants to rip her clothes off. Nevermind that she's also apparently the world's worst psychiatrist, given that she falls in love with her patient. And don't even get me started on that ridiculous name they gave her.
7. Julie Madison: Who? Seriously, I've only seen Batman & Robin once, but I didn't even realize they said her character's name in the film.
