🇺🇸 Fell Out of a Coconut Tree, It's Kamalot: The Kamala Harris Thread

US News
I've been seeing Shapiro fans bashing Bashear for his his small amount of EC votes and being in a Red State that will never flip Dem and Walz for being too old and we don't know enough about him.

Biden didn’t pick Harris for California’s EV nor did Obama pick Biden for Delaware’s. Yeah Shapiro might get the ticket in an extra point or two in PA but it would be a strategic pick from a position of weakness not strength.

Without PA, Kamala needs not only Wisconsin and Michigan but also either Nevada/Georgia or Nevada/North Carolina or Arizona/Georgia or Arizona/North Carolina or Georgia/North Carolina. .

So there are several pathways.

Having PA makes things much easier though.

People are arguing that any Democrat who was picked to replace Biden would've gotten this insane amount of enthusiasm. :whatever:
Remember Dem leadership were pushing Mark Kelly, Gavin Newsom, and Joe Manchin as preferred replacements. :hehe:

Axelrod is like James Carville and Dick Morris and Mark Penn, in forever $earch of their own new relevance.
Carville scares me. The man looks like a bald crypt keeper.

Probably because Republicans don't have much of anything to attack Kamala Harris with, so they're trying to go after her husband instead.
Yeah, we saw how obsessed they were/are over Hunter Biden. Anyone linked is fair game to them, even though they aren't the ones running for president, while Trump gives positions within government to his kids/in-laws making them valid targets for criticism.

I can't believe how wrong I was about Kelly being THE moderate pick. It's been Shapiro this whole time. :fst:
