"Mr. Murdoch, we can't find any photos of her looking ugly, what do we do?"
"I don't know, post it in negative, everyone looks terrifying in negative"

but seriously, f the post. I saw this on a stand at my local deli and flipped it over so nobody would have to be smacked in the face with bulls***

When they had those old metal box newspaper holders that you put change into, I'd just go walking around, put some money in some of those rag containing boxes, take all the newspapers, and dump them in the local recycling bin (it was Santa Cruz and we've had those for a long time).

I also almost got arrested for walking around downtown and putting quarters in the expired parking meters. I did it right in front of a cop who told me it was illegal if it wasn't my car. I just told him it was my car and walked away. I got some other people to do that and the city got really pissed off and issued a crackdown on our crimes. :funny:

I worked at The Post for two years. Despite being a conservative rag, 90% of the staffers are liberal. We collect our paycheck and bounce, lmao.

I have to say, seeing the “USA” chants popping up at the Harris/Walz rallies has been awesome to see.

I’ve long felt that on 9/11, everybody was a patriot for a brief, fleeting moment. And then basically ever since the Iraq war, the right has seemingly had a monopoly on patriotism (optically at least), and we needed to start reclaiming it as a part of pushing back against their backwards ideas and start looking forward again. The fact that it’s starting to happen feels significant to me.
Very good point. I hate the way nationalists in many countries take the flag for themselves and it sometimes becomes an icon of them rather than the whole country.

I'm not planning to watch so I don't really care, lol.

Again, why is MSNBC still talking to Claire ****ing McCaskill who openly hates progressives and ran a Republican lite campaign for her Senate seat that she lost to Josh ****ing Hawley. :fuming:

It's been brought up before they need more of the campaign to be in Spanish. To better reach states like FL and TX you need everything you do to also be in Spanish.
This was brought up in 2020 how Spanish media is very conservative and repeat most of the talking points you hear on Fox News and Newsmax.
