I bit of a departure from other's contributions, but Chase Long Beach is a great, fairly new ska band with a female singer (blonde) and a female trumpet player(which is awesome and unheard-of. She's the brunette). They randomly friended me, and turned out to be great.

A "femme fatale" is a drop dead gorgeous woman. So I think a few who don't quite qualify have already been named...
