Fox's FF movies really soiled my perception of what Dr. Doom would be like in a film if he was actually cool, especially when it comes to his evil scheme. In the first film, he wants to destroy Reed and co. And that's all. In ROTSS, Victor and his stupidly handsome mug want to steal the Surfer's power, and that's it. No plan for when Galactus shows up.

So what would be an awesome Dr. Doom plan for a REAL Fantastic Four movie. I'm talking about grade-A badass years-in-planning, take-over-the-world, menace-tons-of-people kind of plans. The kind of plans that only an uber-genius like Doom could implement.

And...go!

Dr. Doom captures Warlock an alien techno-organic being and sythesizes a trans-mode virus that infects their hosts through computers effectively turning people into Doombots. Although Reed Richards avoids infection the virus is able to take over and control Herbie and turn the Baxter building (along with the rest of NY) against the FF.

Dr. Doom masters the science behind the transformations and gains reality-warping power (say... magic?) that allows him to single handedly turn a whole city into his dark image, until Reed, taking that leap of faith, figures out how to make it backfire on him and he gets sent to who knows where.

i was thinking maybe a machine that kinda simulates the cosmic storms energy and he uses that....
maybe in the destruction it causes it also brings new life???

I have an idea for a Reboot,
First, they should be a movie that starts with the FF already team of superheroes. Sort of like the Hulk movie with Norton did.
It would sort of be a reboot but at the same time a sequel of sorts so that the audience doesn't feel cheated in some way. It not only does what the Hulk reboot did,
but
It starts out the way the first FF comic started.
I'll be back with more to go with this later.

I never really though of it, but I will be thinking on it until I'm satisfied, which might be never.

If you want to see the Doom we should have gotten, just go watch V for Vendetta.

Here's one;

Doom would contact Mephisto and would sell his soul to Mephisto, to have Mephisto control the universe, heaven, hell and all dimensions. Mephisto would have to grant his wish, because that is what the bargain is for.

All that Doom asks in return is to be given a universe that he be God, immortal and be left alone by Mephisto.

If Mephisto double crosses him, or Doom's plan fails in anyway that is not to his liking, then Doom, and anyone he chooses, go to heaven, no matter what Doom, or the people he chooses, has done in the past, present or future.

I'll try to come up with more.

You as Dr. Doom should know that Mephisto is your mortal enemy for imprisoning the soul of your beloved mother. In addition, the defeat of Mephisto is one of the primary driving forces behind your pursuit of ultimate power.

How could you forget that?!

Doom recognizes this, and uses pawns to his advantage, be them enemy or ally.

Doom: See the game Marvel Ultimate Alliance for the perfect Doom.

The Plan: Reed and the FF are testing a new anti-grav generator in space, but the device goes awry and pulls an asteriod on a collison course with the earth. Doom comes to the aid of the world before Richards and the FF can. Doom gains status and cred with the world community, mainly certain European countries. They trust Doom and come to distrust the FF amid anti-American resentiment and past dangerous experimental failures. Doom through manipulation of some sort launches a coupe against the governments of certain large and influential European governments. In the processs, it is revealed that Doom was responsible for Richards gravity experiment going awry. The FF must stop Doom and prevent WWIII as the US and others are poised to attack Latveria and the countries under Dooms control.

I don't know about Dr. Doom's plan,
but I would love to see the Red Ghost and his super apes brought in.
It would be cool to see a sort of weird and twisted version of the FF in this way.

It would even be a villain that could be cool to watch.
A Russian scientist who wants to take Russia back to Communism,
He knows all about Reed Richards and the Cosmic Storm and has been studying the skies and training apes for a while until he finds another Cosmic Storm just like the one that created the FF.

He and his apes travel up to space in a ship with less armor than Reed's,
and him and his apes become another Fantastic Foursome, only with greater powers.

It would be fun, I think.

Oh, and perhaps its all funded by Dr. Doom. He works behind the scenes to create a more powerful FF. This would not only introduce a new and awesome character, I think, but would also turn Dr. Doom into a master manipulater in the films.

First he steals a stockpile of Hostess Fruit Pies..

and sells them for incedibly cheap!, selling more than anyone he becomes amillionaire and buys governments out!
