Hey Everyone, I just got a call from my goon from the Chicago run, and he confirmed to me that he won the reel of the trailer in the raffle. He said that he has friends at the film school who will be working to transfer it to digital so that he can upload it for all of us to see!

Not sure the protocol here, but stay tuned, and I'll try to get the link into this first post for everyone!

I'm saying by the time this guy digitizes the trailer reel, WB would have already released it officially online in HD. He is wasting his time!

That was him...I was there. The WB peeps were not havin our asking them to play it there for us, or for a second round of the trailer. I hope that the trailer comes up tonight and that his film is something extra...

Just remind them to transfer it first before they run it through a projector. Everytime a film goes through a projector, it scratches it. If theirs is anything like my University's, its an old projector that would scratch it up pretty bad.

Considering the "Clown Friends" said to "Show it to all your friends", I think this may be EXACTLY what they wanted done, and why we haven't been given the trailer in a proper manner tonight.

Just like how the December trailer was bootlegged. Warner Bros. & 42 ate that stuff up, counting on fans to give the word of mouth a normal release couldn't generate.

I suppose if I would've had THOUGHT about, then yeah, i'd have seen that too! Haha. I guess the excitement is getting to me... Sure is a unique, if not strange, way to distribute a theatrical trailer...

I really really hope they upload it to a server that allows them to upload in full hi quality. I dont want to see a youtube version of whatever is on that reel.

and btw I was there, guy who won it was sitting in front of me. im jealous, sooo jealous. but it was an amazing experience

Just wanted to post the cards my girlfriend and I got tonight in Chicago. i love them both, as the one on the right (mine) is a very classic joker card style, while the one on the left is just so dark and creepy. Id love to see everyone elses. Im sure there are already tons of posts on another forum page of cards, but I havent seen them and just thought this was awesome.
