Firefox 3 annoyance

My Firefox 2 keeps crashing so I am going to be forced to install Firefox 3, but I hate it, the drop down bar at the top does not store my links the way version 2 does, any tips on this ? maybe I am doing something wrong ? I hate change.

My Firefox keeps crashing too. It keeps saying it's to do with Flashplayer. Is that the problem you are having HR?

I am using firefox 3 now and it keeps freezing but gives no reason why.

HR, are you talking about your bookmarks?

Is bookmarks the drop down bar with the links to the sites you visit ? b/c if so then yes, with FF3 I can only have so many links in the drop down at once.

Ugh the freezing is driving me insane. Is this a problem with the browser or should I be more worried ?

I've honestly had no problem with Firefox 3, and I updated like, a month after release.

Do a CCleaner/Spybot/SuperAnti-Spyware check, just in case.

Ive been trying to run Spybot all night but it keeps getting stuck on this.

Hrm. Maybe manually download the newest version, uninstall, clean, reinstall.

I got Spybot to run this morning, it removed a bunch of trojans and so far everything is running ok, you reckon it was just that ? I'd also had my com on for over 24 hours the day before and I was wondering if that could have effected anything.

My Firefox keeps saying that its gonna install downloads but then says it failed and just keeps repeating itself. I've deleted and reinstalled it but the same thing happens. Anyone else have a problem like that?

Ever since I got Firefox 3 it's been acting slow. But maybe that has to do with the Downloadhelper I installed.

I haven't had any issues with Firefox3 on any of my machines. I'm not sure I understand the book marks thing, because mine didn't change at all.
