Hell yes! This is the February edition, but some already have it.

Killzone 2 - 5/5

This is just one review, but it's looking good.

they didnt say it was the best game of 2009. They said its a strong contender for it.. Its no different than others saying the same about the likes of MGS4 and Gears 2, months before even touching those titles.

I'm aware of that. However, it's still January. People shouldn't even start talking about "best of's" in a year until at least June.

And if anything, this past year has taught us that theres always hope for a late-in-the-year sleeper hit or two that totally blow peoples minds.

After playing Resistance I, unless they completely revamp everything, it's not legitimate to say.

Or maybe I'm just in a bad mood cause my server just got all 3 of the t4 zones locked against us in Warhammer Online and my alliance is doing nothing but jerk off into their asses about it instead of trying to fix the problem.

This doens't even make sense. Even if you're talking about Killzone I. I can't wait for this game, looks great. Moreso than any other game I've seen it looks completely visceral and engaging.

anyways back to the actual news...

- bots in offline multiplayer "perform pretty well"

LOVE this. I cant remember when was the last time I played a FPS with bots in offline mutliplayer. Developers seem to ignore this. I for one love it bc its great practice and learning for beginners before they step into the intimidating world of online multiplayer. Also some people just dont like how hardcore and competitve it can be and just prefer to use bots to play those modes. Epic always includes this with its Unreal series but no one else seems to. Im glad thats not the case here

What do you mean cut the crap? Of course they are going to give one of the most anticipated games to come to the PS3 top marks. This is a early review, it's always going say it will be brilliant.

The first trustworthy review is coming 20th January in Official Playstation Magazine UK. And these are people that have given a whole lot of PS3 exclusives poor marks, and I agree with what they say about a game near every time.

i 2nd that. there were a few reviews from GT where the scores that they gave for story, presentation, etc. didn't average up properly with there final score.





that being said, i'm taking this review with a grain of salt. good to know that PS fans will like it though.

I just think alot of people have high expectations to see this suceed. Its gotten alot of hype ever since that notorious E3 showing where Sony got slammed. Its been delayed numerous times and people are looking at this for Sony to redeem themselves. Its quite a risk to put so much riding on this title and to even do a sequel after the first one didnt live up to expectations. BUT things do look better based on this review. Im more included to believe it will be a great game bc people have played it via the beta and have attested to how it is better than they thought it would be. Hopefully the final product is just as good
