The Dark Knight *** First Legit TDK Film Review? ***

I think that shows a degree of complacency.

I believe the Wachowski's are the same way, plan everything from beginning to end. In such cases, they must spend a lot of time on the script since they don't plan on deviating from it.

surprised the script hasn't leaked by now, then again they could have learnt from what happened with BB and kept a super tight lid on things.

I'm not sure the script will leak...the script hounds over on IMDb are going nuts trying to get their hands on a copy! It's nowhere to be found!

Everyone know the script was leaked on purpose. :o

Damn, not reading that and spoiling the film for myself.

I have something that everybody who's intersted in The Dark Knight spoilers might want to check out.

I googled the words the dark knight spoilers, and clicked on the first link, which, I believe, was from majorspoilers.com. And I scrolled down until I saw the headline, "Want Your Dark Knight Movie Spoiled?" And from there, I followed the link to another website, badtaste.it, and the guy who posted it, if he is to be believed, has the entire plot of the dark knight movie.

It involves...Well, I guess I'll just let you guys check it out if you want. It sounds like the real deal, and I know Christopher Nolan is notorious for spreading around fake scrpts from his movies, but still, it's an interesting read.

You have 6 posts and I believe 3 or 4 of them are trying to link users to this site. Hopefully you'll have more to talk about in the future.

Either that or he has a shortish stay here :)

I can't help but compare it to the James Cameron approach, though.

Shortish, the plot summery on badtaste.it is B.S. A few of the points mentioned in there are true, but the majority of it is not.

Also, while the action figure of Bruce's lambo is "tricked" out, in the movie it is just a regular car. No missiles or anything like that. I wouldn't put any money on Batman having a copter either, that merchandise is for money-making purposes only, with no real connection with the movie other than the fact that it is Batman.

I agree.

Somebody should do something about that guy, it's borderline spam.

WTF? Why does disliking Jack's Joker mean people lack maturity or something? Not everyone like his Joker, but it don't mean they lack maturity. It their opinion & you'll have to disagree with it than saying they lack maturity. :whatever:
I believe he is referring to the way everyone has suddenly turned on Nicholson now that they have a new Joker to play with. You have to admit, it is the typical fanboy thing to complain about the old once they like something new, even if they were singing praises about the old one beforehand.

There may be some people who genuinely didn't like Nicholson, but the sheer amount of people who suddenly claim to dislike it ever since we saw Heath's Joker is a bit hard to believe.

And before I get labelled a Burtonite, I am excited for TDK and believe Heath Ledger will take the role to another level.

Hmmm, if true sounds great. Even though some may get sensitive of the Joker hiding in a body bag, I say its part of the movie, and Heath would of wanted it. Sounds great though.

If the stuff they show on CSI, the number 1 show for years and years in the US is okay for broadcast at 8 pm, then I don't get how anyone would think that joker in a bodybag is too "disturbing." I think it would be awesome, and you can't let Heaths untimely death factor into the film plot. I mean the Joker just can't be sanitized for the sake of sensitivity or he's not the Joker anymore.

Exactly it. Also, let's remember that Brandon Lee is shown climbing out of a grave in The Crow, that wasn't cut, despite his death.

Lets hope the schizophrenic WB's execs don't force Nolan to cut the bodybag scene from the final cut to be released on opening day.
