Flashpoint - DC Animated.

So, gents, Flash is finally is getting his own DC Animated Movie!

The events on DC's new 52 was set in motion by what took place in Geoff Johns' Flashpoint series. The story centers around Barry Allen with help from Bruce Wayne's father Thomas. While talking with Comic Book Club Kevin Conroy revealed that he is currently working on a Flashpoint DC Animated movie. "Oh I just, just last night, I recording a new animated movie...that features The Flash, it's more about The Flash, but Batman is in it as well. It's a Flash...Flashpoint! Flashpoint? I think it's Flashpoint," said the famous voice actor. There were no additional details given about the project, but be on the look out for the announcement soon.

Probably both. Can't say I'm too excited. Flashpoint wasn't all that great to me, but I'm glad Flash is getting something. However, they should start churning these out a handful every year, like in 2010, there was four.

I kinda wish they had gone with another Flash story. It just had to be one that had a big role for Batman lol

I loved the Thomas Wayne Batman though so it's still cool that he's getting the animated treatment.

One of the 2010 ones was a compilation of shorts, only one of which was new. 2011 had three. 2012 will have three, maybe four if they release both parts of Dark Knight Returns this year. 2013 will have Flashpoint and maybe Dark Knight Returns part 2 and we'll see what else. It's pretty much the same.

If they integrate Azz's Batman mini into it, it'll be awesome.

If they don't, it'll be barely passable.

So, it's finally happening... A Flash movie. Awesome news. I'll definitely pick this up. I pretty much own all DCA movies though. (I think the only one I do not own is the Wonder Woman movie.)

Yeah, while not terrible, the actual Flashpoint mini was nothing to brag about. Where Flashpoint stood strong were the various minis like Batman: Knight of Vengeance and Emperor Aquaman.

Micheal Rosenbaum will always be Wally to me. He did a great job on the JL show. It kinda confused me when I heard them announce he was playing Barry for one of the JL movies. I'd like to hear a new voice for The Flash. NPH did a pretty good job though.

They still might get to it. But they've done two Green Lantern ones and this is the first Flash one, so I'm glad we're getting Flashpoint first.

Me too. The Flash has deserved his own film for awhile now. Hopefully they'll start working on the live action film someday too. But for now I'm happy were getting an animated Flash film. Step in the right direction anyways.

Plus, that has to have been the most asked for DC animated movie. I hope everyone who was wanting a Flash animated film go out and buy it.
