PLanet member JimJimBinks sent me a link to an awesome video clip on Access Hollywood. It's footage from the upcoming documentary "Look, Up in the sky..." that will be shown on A&E this Monday. There are a lot of scenes of a bunch of unknown actors, and of course the famous sweaty pits Christopher Reeve screen test. But then at the end, there is some cool footage of Brandon Routh from Superman Returns. He talks a little bit and we see some behind the scenes shots of him as Clark Kent and then a beautiful pic of him holding up the green Mustang, ala Action Comics #1. Click the link above to view it

What?! The first guy was fantastic.

I think it is just because we are use to Reeve. Had it been someone else, we would all be shouting for the cheesy guy who can't act.

I always thought that was really funny you could see Reeve's sweat stains under his pits, guess they don't make deodorant strong enough to handle Kryptonian sweat.

Nah.....I think he had it in that one scene. That sceen test was great. He delivered his lines perfectly.

The others.....my God....they were horrible.........

Seeing as the title of this thread mention screen test, how come it show scene of Routh in costume lifting the truck? Maybe just showing him doing the movie after winning the screen test? Just asking.

I don't think Routh's screen test will determine much. Remember Jackman's screen test from the X1 DVD? He sucked ass. Screentests are hit and miss on determining the actual performance.
