I really missed watching football in live stadium...the last time watching live was around 2013 when most of Japan's golden generation of Hasebe, Endo, Yoshida, Nagatomo, Honda, Kagawa, Okazaki, etc were all still playing😀
Planning to go when we host the big match vs Australia next month!🤗

League One celebrity north American owner derby with Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mcelhenney's Wrexham vs Tom Brady's Birmingham City on Monday

International break over, shame, back to the Prem and watching United up first against Southampton, struggling a bit so far against Saints. 0-0

Southampton miss a chance to the lead from the spot, still 0-0, just....

De Ligt nods one in to give us the lead against the run of play! 0-1 United.

Rashford makes it 2-0, seems like the pen kicked us into life at least.

United run out 3-0-0 winners in the end, much needed win for the side and ETH in particular but it has to be said Southampton were pretty poor and might have been a different game had they scored the pen first. Still its 3 points at least.

A 3-0 away win is a decent result. I didn’t see the game but at least a better sign for ETH.

City were behind in the first minute against Brentford, but that boy Haaland scores again to equalise. He’s going to have a great season and probably attack scoring records again if he can stay fit.

And another from Haaland to make it 2-1. He’s back in that unstoppable form that wasn’t quite there last season.

Liverpool losing at home to Forest. Is anyone going to even pretend to challenge City this year?

First real surprise result of the season, Liverpool have looked good so far, wonder what went wrong today, lack of goals seems the obvious answer at least but thats not usually a problem for them. City steaming ahead again though, seems like no stopping them.

Oh they lost in the end. Thought they might at least get 1 back. With Haaland in this form can’t have the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool dropping points early on. Oh well, guess it’s just a top 4 race this year.

Everton beating Villa 2-0 at theirs!

Villa now 3-2 up!! what a come back!
Oh damn, didn’t see the rest. Didn’t Everton throw away a 2 goal lead recently too? Like really last minute. After all that they’re rock bottom with zero points and -9 goal difference after 4 games.

Tricky tie for Arsenal today at Spurs although they generally seem to come out on top of late but they need those 3 points to stop City racing too far ahead early on.

Decent enough performance yesterday. Up until the penalty miss, the game was relatively even, after the penalty was saved, it was total 1 way traffic, the game could well have been completely out of hand for Southampton in those final 15 or so minutes of the first half as we had another 2 or 3 good chances prior to the half time whistle going in addition to the actual goals themselves.

Not really a lot else to say, didn't really need to ever get out of 2nd gear, we were thoroughly in control for the majority of the match just perhaps lacking the 3rd goal until injury time to properly kill it off sooner, although arguably the red card did that.

The red card was on the harsher side by today's standard I felt, I didn't think it looked like he particularly caught Garnacho with much impact on the replays, although I'm sure the latter would argue otherwise. It looked more like one of those fouls players tend to make to intentionally stop a quick attack although more on the over the top side as usually it's just a trip or a pull.
