Barb Ketch: Ashley Scott

Scarecrow: Andy Serkis

Blackout: Chiwitel Ejiofor

Ketch's girlfriend(cant remember her name): Eliza Dushku

I have no clue how to pick a good cast, so I'm just gonna say for villains: Blackout and Deathwatch since they were Dan's first. Save the others like Scarecrow, Zodiac, or Vengeance for a big sequel.
