should this oft-repeated David Banner line show up somewhere in the film? :cwink:

LOL! Yes, it definetly should be. With Norton's voice it could be really hillarious. Doesn't he say something like that in the Fight Club? Ahahaha

I'd like to see one or two nods to the show. The bit about Culver University was a nice TV show touch. I'd like to see at least one of the following:

- Have the new CGI HUlk give us at least one 'Ferrigno' pose at some point during the film.

- Give Norton a leather duffle bag and have him hitchhike out of the last scene with the "Lonely Man'" theme playing.

- Have the transformation use greenish-white contacts and/or that weird TV show sound effect.

- Show a copy of The National Register in a scene.

Too bad Bill Bixby didn't live long enough to give us a cool cameo; but then again with CGI and modern technology, who knows? Marlon Brando did some post-death acting. Maybe Bixby could, too.

Yeah definately the hitchiking scene, with that piano score.

This is perfect! I'd love to keep the dramatic eyes! It's a must!

When I read the title, I thought it was a plea to the filmakers...

I'm hoping for a Jack McGee cameo...hopefully in the same scene as Rick Jones.

I just think that would be cool.

Not to burst your bubble, but actor Jack Colvin passed away from cancer December 1st, 2005.

I just thought it'd be cool if Banner is passing a news stand and we see The National Register prominently displayed in the background. Or perhaps Banner is reading something in the paper about his alter-ego, gets disgusted and throws it in a trash basket and we see that it's The Register with some over-the-top tabloid headline ("I'm pregnant with the Hulk's love-child!") with a Jack McGee byline under some cheesy photo-shopped Hulk picture.

Yeah this would be fun along with a chilling "Look at what you've done!" with the David Banner tv eyes and expression during the change.

The "Lonely Man" Theme would be a nice addition along with a similar humming sound during the change. Both bought a lot of drama and emotion to the show.

A hitchhiking/duffelbag scene, and the white eyes during the transformation.

That would be good enough for me.

In another thread a poster talks about seeing some animatics. The fellow mentioned that in addtion to rough Hulk CGI vids, they were showing a lot of clips from the old TV show. Considering they already gave us an in-joke with "Culver University" we may actually see some more nods to the series.

Cool. Bill Bixby-inspired Banner + comicbook size/look/powers Hulk = perfect combo.
