For some odd reason, I just thought of Casey Affleck for Kyle Rayner

He looks interesting, but not really handsome. More of a common type of beauty, like just an everyday rather cute guy. I think he could pull off being half irish / half mexican. Naturally he'd have to buff-up a little.
There is also the fact that his brother is so much more famous then him, so in a way he could relate to Rayner always being in Hal Jordan's shadow. I'm probably never gonna see it happen, but still, Casey Affleck would be my choice for Kyle Rayner.
