For the workers amongst us, did you get a Christmas bonus and what did you get?

I got a Christmas card and a chocolate mint. It was glorious...I shouted hallelujah.

 

Nah, no official xmas bonus, though royalties came just this week, and was a pretty solid chunk!

We haven't actually had xmas bonus's in a good long time, just some paid time off and a good party.

 

2 grand. Before taxes.

Sure the company can afford more, but they could also give us nothing.

We are having our store Christmas party tomorrow morning. We will know then if we get bonuses this year.

Last year I got $40.00. Of course, I only worked 20 hours a week at the time and I had only been there a few months, the two things that determine how much you get.

But, I'm not complaining. That's free money that I didn't have to work for.

I sell cars and my bonus comes from General Motors for $50 per car that I've sold this year. ytd I'm standing at 220 cars. I love Christmas.

 

A bloody cold, it's a nasty little bugger.

 

I've got nothing so far. I'll probably end up getting a calendar.

 

$100 and iPod Mini so far. Now I get the other store's Christmas Party on Sunday.

I work at a motorcycle dealership and we took away the factory bonus from the manufacturers. I don't know how the commission and spiff math works because I'm salary but I guess they figured away to take that away but pay our guys more directly.

We had catered food today . I am guessing that is the xmas bonus , It is more then we got last year. There was so much food it was ridiculous , I ate it like a rat.

A one year membership to the Jelly of the Month club.

 

I wrote personal checks for 250 dollars for all my tenders and waitresses and put them in the envelopes with their checks for tomorrow. Not much as they are a great group of girls but the best we can do at the time.

 

i'm getting paid on Christmas, even though we're closed.

and I got a .30 cent per hour raise, and i'll be getting another .31 cents an hr come 2008, so yay!
