Forever Blue (the Nintendo Wii game you haven't heard about)

I'm actually not sure where the this short clip originated from, but it's been floating around several message forums. Forever Blue is a third-party Nintendo title that, as you may have guessed, is kind of like scuba-simulator/exploration. Not much is known other than the basic concept, but it definitely seems like a fascinating concept. Although I haven't read anything to confirm it, the posters I've been talking to have been saying you'll be able to explore underwater with one of your friends online. Keep your eye on this game.

Correction: Forever Blue is based off of an old series in the PS2. It is being developed by a third party, but published by Nintendo. I believe it is a ground-up, Wii exclusive game.

I have this on my tracked games on just about all the gaming sites I go to... only thing I've even seen is that one still shot. This is one of the few times I'll regret Wii's lack of HD support, but regardless, this (coupled with the pic I've seen) makes me believe that it'll be a dream visually to behold.

Can't wait.

It's a game that I also have been keeping track of because it just seems like it will be a beautiful game to play and watch. One of those that will show people what the Wii can do graphically.

Looks awesome, that being said under water games freak me out like no other game out there.

Seriously, I'm fascinated by sharks....but they also scare the hell out of me. I blame that on watching JAWS at a young age.

That clip looks real. If that's truly in game than...wow. But I still don't think I'm going to get a Wii. Haven't seen any games that interest me yet. I might end up getting a 360 sometime though, maybe even instead of a PSIII, which I never thought I'd do. Basically I want to play Mas Effect. That game is gonna be awesome.

He probably just wants to get a rise out of people. I don't understand why people can't just look at the positives of each system.

I talk to people about all three systems, and I only own the Wii. I don't wonder over to other boards just to say some snide remark about the system, even if I don't like them.

But not everyone gives the same courtesies.

I'd LOVE to get a 3....but I convinced myself that 600 bucks is just to much to spend on a hobby. If the 3 would drop 200 bucks I'd nab one.

From what little I have found on this game, those are indeed ingame graphics on the Wii.

And I agree, I think some Graphic ****es are writing off what the Wii can do too quickly.
