Why is it that we have Sub Forums for Smallville and Wonder Woman when they are cancelled and one never even saw the light of day? By this logic we should have a Aquaman TV show sub forum because it was actually distributed through iTunes and has more of a life than the Wonder Woman pilot at this point.

I only ask because we have Young Justice, Avengers: Earths Mightiest Heroes, The Walking Dead and Green Lantern: The Animated Series that are all Superhero/Comic Book properties and I feel deserve their own area to be discussed just as much as a canceled 10 year old show and a never aired pilot. The benefit of these new Sub Forums could greatly enhance the chance for new visitors via people looking for a place to discuss these shows and possibly new members while giving us regulars more than a single thread to talk about active and currently in production not too mention successful TV series that were aforementioned. I know it seems like I'm whining but I remember when JL/JLU was canceled it was in mere weeks that the sub forum, for what was a fantastic show, was unceremoniously removed from these boards and for Smallville it has been months.

I guess I'm asking for New Sub Forums but I'm also just wondering why we still have these two when we are constantly on the look out for the threat known as Thread Manager to clean up server space and these two Sub Forums are like gaping wounds.

Thanks for reading if you do guys!

I think the shows that are up and running deserve their own forums. The single threads dedicated to them get pretty crowded with all of the different conversations going on at the same time, especially in Walking Dead's.

Well there you go. The TV forum now looks empty though

They were going to take Smallville down in a week anyway when the season 10 dvd comes out. The Wonder Woman show I agree with though since the pilot never even made it to air.

How about the Spectacular Spider-Man and Wolverine and the X-Men subforums? Those shows have long ended. Couldn't they just be merged with the Spidey-World and X-World subforums?

I saw the Smallville and Wondy sub-forums gone and immediately thought of this thread.

I don't want to hear it. GI Joe, Transformers, and James Bond all got forums and my precious Fantastic Four forum got taken away. This place used to be about superheroes and anticipating new movies about them.

Now it's a commercial for Jim Beam.

I was about to say that those shows and movies don't have forums because they're not paying for ad space.

My Watchmen forum got taken away. :csad:

At least give the newer Superhero Cartoons their own forums

Green Lantern
Young Justice
The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes

New Animes
X-Men
Iron Man
Wolverine

Blade is also getting an anime & there could always be main forums for the superheroes with popular old cartoons

& if you don't want to do that then give the following their own forums

The Walking Dead
Supernatural
Fringe
Once Upon A Time
American Horror Story
Hawaii Five-0
Person Of Interest
Terra Nova
Alcatraz
Ringer
Alphas
Sanctuary
The Secret Circle
Game Of Thrones
Spartacus
The Vampire Diaries
Star Wars: The Clone Wars
Falling Skies
Haven

I think that superman deserves it's oun board in the tv shows as there have been many made including Smallville, Maybe walking dead deserves too.
In fact i'm begining to think that in the TV shows forums there should be a Marvel tv shows and DC tv shows board

Why not just sub-forums for Young Justice, Avengers: Earths Mightiest Heroes, The Walking Dead and Green Lantern: The Animated Series? Donut you can't have a sub-forum for every single TV show I just didn't see the point in having two sub-forums for two shows that were not on the air anymore. Those are gone now and i'm sure the server is breathing a sigh of relief, I'm certain that a DC TV Board and Marvel TV Board would be a good idea as well but why not just have sub-forums for the TV shows that are comic related and currently in production? That makes the most sense to me.

With just a sub forum for Marvel shows, DC shows, and Misc Comics shows there is space to talk about all the show present and past that belong to each section and it would only take 3 more sub forums instead of 5

But then would there be one designated topic per show making it a forum with 2 threads or would it be a big jumble of Green Lantern threads mixed up with Young Justice, Smallville, and Brave and the Bold threads?

The Sub Forum for DC would be to discuss future DC shows or potencial in them, past tv shows like Smallville, Adam West's Batman, and others.
The sub forum for Marvel would be pratically the same with discussion about the old and upcoming Marvel shows.
As would the same happen with Misc Comics, but maybe instead of a Misc Comics sub forum there should be a Walking Dead tv show one

I think sub forums should be available for superhero shows since this is superherohype. So yeah, I agree with Green Lantern, Young Justice, and Avengers: EMH getting their own subforums. But shows like The Walking Dead or Supernatural or Fringe are fine where they are.

that's exactly what i was coming to suggest

Marvel Shows
DC Shows
Misc Shows

I suppose that makes the most sense but I was thinking that a sub-forum strictly for certain shows would be nice as then not every episode was discussed in a singular thread. The only reason I'm not in support of shows like fringe, supernatural etc. is because the shows I have named are purely rooted in either comics or Superhero lore. I'll take what ever but I feel individualized sub forums makes more sense because the other way simply takes the other shows out of misc tv and still leaves them with the singular thread problem only in a new area. See my point?

unless a show is going to have multiple pages of topics, i don't really see the point of a sub forum.

however i dont see a problem with a show having multiple threads in those broken down forums suggested as long as they're not all redundant.

for example: spoiler threads, non spoilers, general discussions for it, etc

I just think back to how Smallvilles forum had a thread for each episode. That was convenient and then you didn't have 3 comversations going on in one thread. It would be a convience and only for the aforementioned shows.

The Smallville forum should have been moved to the Superman section instead of Misc. TV Shows. In fact, wasn't that the original plan many months ago?
