Loved the last one and all i wanted for this one was a cockpit view. Ill pick this up and the wireless racing wheel once it drops.

Anyone know if a full car list has been released? Im eager to find out if my car makes it in the game again.

Never played any of the previous Forza games, but if I could I'd get this game because I saw the cockpit view gameplay and it looks amazing. Too bad I don't have time to play this (or any games) for the time being. :(

That's just 220 out of the 400+ cars the game has and they'll be releasing DLC car packs every month, if I remember correctly. I'm sure it'll be there.

I'm getting the limited editiong from Game.co.uk. I can't wait. I was only planning on getting Forza 3 (for now), but since GT5 will be released in March, I'll be getting both on their release.

Hm, true, but im sure the DLC will be reserved for more exotic cars. Like i said, it was in the last game, so id hope it'd return.

Do you have the MS wireless racing wheel, or plan on getting it?

I initially wanted to get the Porsche 911 Turbo S wheel that Fanatec is making for the 360 (but also works for the PC and PS3), but it's expensive and I don't have that many to spend on a racing wheel right now.

I really want a racing wheel though, so I'm thinking about getting the MS one.

Yea iv looked at that wheel. Really nice but really pricey. I have a coupon for Best Buy thats $20 off any 100 dollar purchase, so i think ima head there and pick the MS wheel up. Iv heard enough positives about it that im not worried about spending the money for it. You have any good idea for any kind of like, portable table to mount the wheel on. Iv never liked sitting racing wheels on my lap.
 
I did actually pick up the MS wireless racing wheel and i have to say its incredible. WELL worth the price tag, WELL worth it. My sister picked up NFS:S, so im gonna try it with that but iv been playing the Forza 3 demo and its just phenomenal. The racing wheel works brilliantly with the game. If you are thinking of getting a wheel, i suggest the MS one. Its fairly inexpensive and works really well. It doesnt at all feel like a 99 dollar product.

Here is a list of what is included on the 2nd disc for Forza 3. Its basically just a disc of DLC. Cars and tracks. It also confirms that my car will make it into the game again. Awesome.

So, the free launch day DLC is only available on Oct. 27 to download? I was thinking about getting this later but I might get it on its release date just so I can get the DLC.
 
So is anyone going to get the limited edition Forza 3? It costs $79.99 and that's quite alot, although it does have alot of exclusives.

I probably would but itll be a packed month for me, so i think im just gonna go with the regular edition.
 
I hope the free launch day DLC news is true; it'll mean the difference between getting it on launch day or later on Ebay at a reduced price.

Forza Motorsport> Gran Turismo.

I love the way you could personalize your cars then auction them. And the real time damage was awesome too. Realistic tire wear, gear box failures if you don't know how to change gears properly etc. A true driving sim.
 
Yea im ready to pick this game up. I have the MS racing wheel and the demo for Forza 3 just works phenomenally well with it. Its clear that the racing wheel was designed for the Forza series.

I got Uncharted 2 (still waiting for it to arrive), pre-ordered Forza 3 and Assassin's Creed II, so I don't think I'll be able to get the MS racing wheel yet. I really need to get a job soon...:o
