One thing I really like about this show. It has an evolving storyline, but there are many great one-shot plots that you can enjoy in a single episode. It has a great balance.

That would have been awesome if Olivia entered into our reality...... how kool would that have been.

In my opinion, the people would only be flashing through if she was already in the other reality.
Cause wherever she was coming in and out of had all those people

When the flashes stopped she was still alone, so I took it they were all in the non-Bell reality, flashing into her already being in his.

...did anyone else notice that they didn't show Peter clearing the dust from off his mother's face in the family portrait from the beach house? Maybe in Earth-2, his mother is still alive? If she is, they left that face unseen because she has yet to be cast, maybe?

...How does Earth-2 Walter feel about losing his son to his counterpart? Do you think he might be behind all the "incidents," as he slowly replicates what Earth-1 Walter did, to get his son back, while in the meantime, threatening the universe?

What if the real Peter died as a baby due to experiments & Walter went to an alternate reality & stole an alternate baby Peter

I thought they made it pretty obvioous that that is what happened. Walter talked about peter "nearly dying" as a kid, which peter doesn't remember, because it didn't happen to him, and then walter mentions crossing over to get something very important to him that he lost. Put that together with the grave, and boom.

Peter doesn't have to be from Earh-2, where Olivia is in right now...... he could be from Earth-3/Earth-4/Earth-5......... I would think another reality where possibly Walter and his wife died and Peter was left alone, and the Observer found a Peter that Walter can take so that specific Peter will not be orphaned

I was thinking about this. In Earth-2 then, brilliant scientist Walter Bishop had his son abducted from him at age seven? And we're to believe that brilliant scientist Walter Bishop from Earth-2 did nothing to try to get him back? Maybe Walter from Earth-2 isn't as skilled as Walter from Earth-1, but I'm wondering if Walter2 is behind the ZFT stuff.

Also, how many realities could they be dealing with here? Several, methinks, and that could get messy.

i think that's why too. i kinda think that earth2 walter is dead b/c our walter killed him, took his place, and stole his son to replace his own. i wonder how earth1 peter died. i bet it was b/c of walter's experiments and that's why he replaced him with the counterpart.
