I remember playing a video game called Driver (The Driver?) back in the early 2000's, where the main character was called "The Wheelman". I wonder if this is anything like that?

Netflix just released another trailer, but can't post it here.

This felt like a cross between Drive and Tom Hardy movie Locke.

The film is shot entirely from inside of the lead characters cars.

Just watched this. Had a blast. A frantic, fast-paced action thriller with a very unique feel, given that most of it is shot inside the car. Grillo is great as usual and carries the majority of the film on his own. Seriously, Bruce Willis and Stallone can retire... whenever some director gets the urge to make an action film with an older, weathered actor, get Frank. He’s perfect.

fun fact his real life wife plays his wife in the movie

Now that was badass. This is exactly the kind of film I wanted out of Baby Driver which kind of failed to deliver IMO. It's nothing new, but David is right about how the style of it is very reminiscent of films like Drive, especially the car chase sequences, and I would even put Collateral in there because it definitely has those gritty, tense, almost handled action sequences which I loved. Frank Grillo just owns the screen the entire time and unlike Ansel Elgort is actually a likable and engaging lead. I also appreciated that their was no corny, romance bull **** to get in the way.

8/10
