HERE are superman's powers showed on MOS

Which power did you like the most in MOS?
Freeze breath and Superbreath

I really like this superpower as the super breath and the freeze breath..
But do you think Snyder's gonna put this cool power in the next film?
How do you think will look like? new vision of it or something as we've seen in previous Superman incarnations (series, animated, movies)?

It's always a possibility but I don't see that happening.

The heat vision was my favorite from MOS.

i really would have liked to have seen him use more of the super speed. especially when that train that one of the kryptonians launch at him was coming at him, or when the kryptonian ship shot at him to get zod back. or when that kryptonian lnached that uhaul at that army copter, or when...

Yeah I would too, but they covered that by having him fly super fast. Think about it, if you had the choice to run at super speed or fly at super speed, you'd fly every time.

I agree that it's cheesy but it kind of makes sense. If he was blowing air out with immense force, it makes sense that it'd have a cooling effect. It makes a lot more sense than him having heat vision

Disagree heat vision kinda explain himself his eyes tranforms the solar energy that he absorbs and he expulses it..
Of the cold breath I agree with you of the form that you explained.. His lunges have the ability to keep lot of air and then he expulsed in a form of super breath or colding it like some of us when we blow our air can be a little cold too

but it's a movie. it isn't about what's more convenient way of travel, it's about showing those powers in specific instances because it's a movie, and, you can.

His underpants are cheesy, his S curl is cheesy and now his super breath is cheesy. I actually wonder if people do want the character of Superman on the big screen and not someone else. Snyder should give him that power because its no more ridiculous than him shooting fire from his eyes and being able to see through certain objects and flying etc...to be honest I was disappointed it wasn't in the movie.

the wind breath, makes more sense, with all his other super enhancements, having a super lung capacity allowing him to blow a continually super strong breath of air that could cause heavy winds, isn't that far fetch

it being icy breath could go either way, on the cheese scale... its really no less realistic then any of his other powers, but...

Alright, seriously guys - the 'wind breath' is called SUPER BREATH, and the 'freeze breath' is called ARCTIC BREATH.

well one might argue that not having Superbreath is Nolanizing him already. (but then again, we don't know that he doesn't).

"Arctic breath" is generally considered one of Superman's core powers (in addition to the others listed above by SMoS), so, I wouldn't mind seeing the character exhibit that particular ability in the next film -- as long as the producers keep it contained to an extent. I'd rather the character not develop any deus ex machina powers like the Donner-Lester version though. No time manipulation or amnesia inducing kisses please.

What about, a fire extinguisher, Co2 i think it, i can't remember, but it is used on electrical fires, as it takes away the oxygen in the air, how about, supes can collect and compress air and all it's natural gases, when he exhales, just like it does on the extinguisher (this is my point) it comes out ice cold and freezes on immediate impact.
