 I agree! Ottman's track is PERFECT!!! Fanboys piss me off! Bunch of f&*kin' whiners!
Well we each have our opinion and are entitled to posting it. No one is jumping on you for liking it. Don't jump on others for not liking it.

I love this score, and even prefer it to the Williams' score. Of course, teh original had the various themes that are iconic and woven into this score, but as an entire piece, I prefer this score. Much more depth and emotion behind it.

But please let me know what theaters you are all going to be doing all of this crying in so I wont be there. I want to watch the movie in a theater with a non crying crowd and not locked in one with "Oprah's book of the month club".

My favorite piece on this score so far is memories!!!

even though I dont like the score, I will still do my fair share of crying at this movie

Listen to the Supes Fanfare just after the 32 minute mark. Sounds like it will accompany a good costume change followed by a takeoff. We already know what the music is for 2 of the costume changes, and it isn't this one. This sounds like it could be the major shirt rip.

By the way, the score is fantastic.

I'm gonna' hold off listening to the score until I have seen the film.

The score with the opening credits are great. It truly carries you into the film.

I just hope the theater audience i'm gonna be with isn't a bunch of annoying teenagers saying stuff like

"superman is gay"

or worst the dreaded

"guy-in-back-who-won't stop-commenting-on-everything-thats-happening!!"

My Dad is one of those guys, but he is the worst kind. He yells at the characters on the screen. You know. The guy who thinks he is at home watching it on TV. The one that people yell at to shut up, and the kids next to him have their heads burried and are shaking their heads. That is him. Horror movies were the worst. But he did yell at Kirk and Spock a few times when we saw Star Trek: The Motion Picture. I learned early on to never sit with him. And if people sitting next to me saw me walking in the theater with him and the rest of my family, I used the excuse. "Him. I don't know him. I was just hitchhiking" Or I would make the first move and say "God that guy is an ass. Glad I am not related to him."

I don't know if anyone can help but......

In one of the trailers for SR (Where you hear Lex say to Louis- "Your not seeing the big picture here!") there is a music track used which does not feature on the SR soundtrack. Does anyone know what this piece of Music is and more importantly, does anyone have it?! The trailer ends with Supes ripping his shirt off and Jor-El saying- "My Son, remember, you have great power!"

Any help would be appreciated. Flaming is optional.
