Why does it have that funny filter on it? Is it posterized or something?

WOW I'm very impressed!! If the final product looks anything as good as this, I'd be a happy camper. Good job Battle Angel.

Not a bad concept. I still think the pants could look decent.

Battleskirt or pants are necessary for her costume. No gratuitious jewelry like the New 52 suit. Bracelets and tiara should be all she has. She should have a sword and maybe a small shield as well. [YT]H7Nf-m6WGl4[/YT]
She should fight like she does in this trailer ^ they basically did everything right in that trailer.
I say she should fly and have the invisible jet using it to travel long distances and using it to transfer the league when they want to travel as a team. People question the invisible jet, but why? It's the ultimate stealth plane.

Don't do the spin & costume change (super cheesy), and try to give her pants or a battleskirt..

Also, the lasso of truth may be hard to pull off. They're going to have to go full magic if they wanna explain it. I hope they do though, and they should definitely keep the lasso of truth, it's crucial

If the invisible jet is like her stealth base of operations then she can have a lot more than one outfit. I really think, unless she needs a truly game changing magical object/talisman or piece of Amazonian technology or the like, that it's reasonable to assume that her people gave her all the things she might need in the outside world and equipped her before her leaving the island. So she can have multiple outfits and clothing for any and all occasions. She's supposed to be Gaga, Beyoncé, Diana of Wales, Angelina Jolie, Mother Theresa, Madame Currie and Rosie the riveter all rolled into one times 10!! She should have a big wardrobe.

Agreed. We discussed this a few weeks ago. Diana should totally be fashionable!

(Im going to compile a bunch of designer looks I think Diana should wear because I am a fashion nerd)

Best one I've seen so far - would be more than happy with a design like this. In fact, the more I look at it the more I think I'll be disappointed if we dont get that exact design. lol.

It truly is the best design from the comics.

It's one of the few comic looks I like for her.

I'd be happy with that look for the movie. Not so keen on the helmet as a regular part of the costume, though if she wears it occasionally I'll be okay with it.

Yeah, not bothered about the helmet - but the rest of it looks perfect. Unsure what the legs would look like though (?)

I'd like a bit of hair. It would show that she doesn't care what men think :hehe:

No way! It should be that the Amazons don't grow hair on their legs.

Superman II isn't even in the same league as MOS in the form of real character development or otherwise, and that's coming from someone who grew up loving those movies... and to top it off, the "heroes" of S-II chuckled as they casually killed of the villains, shoving them off the edges into the ice abyss at the end. And those awesome story lines involving the blank out of memory to a key character or the turning the earth backwards for a do-over...please, even as a kid I was like, "WTF?"
The previous editions were just good campy fun, or tributes to the same... MOS was finally a new and well-done take on the character/story.

man, how did I get sucked into that tangent in the Gal thread!?

The way everyone else does who keep choosing to discuss Superman in this thread every few posts. Just ignore the Superman subjects instead of fuelling the discussion so that it takes over the whole thread... as per usual. :whatever:

Most of the Superman posts that were here have been deleted by a mod, as this was already running over 3 pages long with all of that included. That should say something to people who wish to continue that discussion - ie that it's off topic.

Count Orlock's post isn't even in this current thread, which means you had to have deliberately pulled it from somewhere (like the previous thread) in order to continue discussing it here. so you can't ask how you got sucked into this discussion.
