I wonder what kind of strength/speed/reflexes level they'll portray her as in this film? I hope in Supermans ballpark. Maybe not as durable though.

There is certainly improvement. Look at her rear calf muscles in one if those pictures. The biggest impression on me is her height. She towers over the trainer and they are both in trainers. Hopefully the camera magic ensures she is as tall as the others.

Gadot is 5'10", Cavill 6'1" and Affleck 6'13". There's a difference of 7cm between Gadot and Cavill, and between Cavill and Affleck. No biggie...

I think KalMart did say that the shooting starts on 19 th May, so Gal and Ben headed to Detroit could be to finalize the costumes and train for fight choreography.

Yeah...she's totally good to go, she'll be ready to kill it as WW.
You take a hyper-ectomorphic frame/body type like her's...skinny and long...one who isn't "out of shape", but not already possessing that lean muscle mass and it's hard to pack mass & definition on those frames. Bring into consideration metabolism and it can make those quick gains even harder. Ectomorph-framed people with high metabolism are constantly struggling with gains versus metabolism eating their muscle.
